Keep Grilling with balanced New World red wines

Latest Press Herald wine column is out. These wines are a bit burlier than last time: Chilean Cabernet, Zin and Primitivo, and then the coolest little thing: Preisinger Basic, a biodynamic, all-natural, low-tech blend of Zweigelt, Blaufrankisch, St. Laurent and Merlot. Whew! But holy moly what a wine! Why wouldn‘t you drink this?
